Sprezzatura Names Darrell Heinrichs as
Chief Solutions Officer

Arlington, VA –  3/19/2025 – Sprezzatura is excited to announce Darrell Heinrichs as its new Chief Solutions Officer (CSO), bringing decades of experience in federal contracting, strategic growth, and operational excellence. With a track record of driving multi-million and billion-dollar government initiatives to success, Darrell will lead delivery and solutions to ensure measurable impact, innovation, and execution at scale. 

Darrell is a results-driven executive with expertise spanning government healthcare, defense, IT modernization, and business development. He has led, captured, and delivered high-profile federal programs for agencies such as Veterans Affairs (VA), the Department of Defense (DoD), the Defense Health Agency (DHA), the Department of Agriculture, and the Department of Justice. Throughout his career, he has optimized large-scale operations, enhanced customer satisfaction, and consistently exceeded corporate financial goals. 

Before joining Sprezzatura, Darrell held senior leadership positions at Sierra7, Optum (UnitedHealth Group), ManTech, Dell Services (Perot Systems), and Harris Corporation. In his most recent role as Vice President of Operations at Sierra7, he oversaw a $100M+ annual portfolio and led the company to 185% of its organic growth goals in 2024. His leadership ensured top-tier quality scores (4.4 out of 5.0) across all programs, established veteran-first hiring initiatives, and contributed to the company’s CMMI Level-3 and ISO certifications.
